- When will my order arrive?
- In-stock items ordered before 4pm are dispatched the same day, and typically delivered across Dhaka the next day. Items that need sourcing show their lead time on the product page before you order, and your confirmation page shows the window we committed to.
- An item in my order needs longer than the rest. What happens?
- By default the order travels together, so it follows the slowest item. Tell us in the order notes at checkout if you would rather receive the in-stock part first — we can split the delivery.
- Where do the products actually come from?
- Some are our own stock; others are sourced from shops inside DCC Market or from approved suppliers. We choose whichever can honestly meet the delivery window shown. Either way, the order, the invoice and the support conversation are ours.
- Can I return something?
- Return and warranty terms are shown on each product page before you buy, because they vary by category. Start a return by quoting your order number.
- Do you take card payments?
- Not yet. Payment is cash or mobile financial services on delivery. We will never ask for card details on this site while that is the case.
- I need something you do not list.
- DCC Market is bigger than what we have mapped online. Send us the requirement and we will tell you honestly whether we can source it, at what price and by when.
