Standard return window
7 days from delivery for unopened items in original packaging, unless the product page states otherwise.
Category exceptions
Hygiene, baby-care consumables and personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned once opened. This is stated on the product page, not buried here.
Damaged or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we will arrange collection and replacement or refund. This applies whatever the item was sourced from.
Warranty
Where a manufacturer warranty applies it is named on the product page. We handle the claim with the source on your behalf — you do not deal with the shop.

Between us and our sources, responsibility is an internal matter. From your side there is one order, one case and one team.
