Delivery
What we charge, how long it takes, and what happens when part of an order needs longer than the rest.
Charge
Flat ৳60 across Dhaka. Free on orders over ৳3,000. The charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you place the order — there are no charges added afterwards.
Timing
In-stock items ordered before 4pm are dispatched the same day and typically delivered the next day within Dhaka. Items we do not hold on a shelf show a lead time on the product page before you order.
Mixed orders
An order travels together by default, so it follows the slowest item in it. If you would rather receive the in-stock part first, say so in the order notes at checkout and we will split the delivery.
Outside Dhaka
Not yet supported. We would rather say so than take an order we cannot deliver.
If we cannot meet the window
You are contacted on the number on the order before anything is dispatched. Nothing is charged until delivery.
